Description

Grape variety: 100 percent Trebbiano Spoletino from Prephylloxera grapevines
Farming technique: trained-up elm vines dating back to the Pre-phylloxera period
Harvest: second or last ten days of November; hand harvest in 10 kg crates with selection of the bunch in the vineyard and selection of the grape in the winery
Vinification: cold maceration of the whole grape for three days, gentle press and cold fermentation in steel tanks
Aging: in steel tanks for six months with fine lees subject to bâtonnage
Refinement: in the bottle for a minimum of three months
Available bottle sizes: 750 ml
